Dukascopy reward $15,000
Dukascopy started a contest which open to all traders. Contest duration is one month period and it regularly open every month. This is a demo account contest with virtual money. Each contestant will have $100,000 as startup capital. Not like any other contest, ranking is not only determined by the increase of account balance, but also the total pips gained, popularity and scoring by Dukascopy’s judges.
This contest is manual trading only. Each trade needs to be commented by contestant. The comment is important as the score also based on the trade comments (dukascopy judges scoring and to gain popularity)
The incentive to do this is the USD $15,000 ‘cash’ prizes to be won every month just like the Dukascopy Strategy Contest. And similarly, these ‘cash’ prizes are deposited into the winner’s Dukascopy trading account with a withholding period. So they’re forcing you to open an account with them if you win, which is understandable as this is a marketing effort.

Forex Demo Trading Championship 2012 by UWC
18 June 2012, UWC Forex start a demo trading championship which will be held on weekly base. Each contestant will be use a demo account with an initial $50,000 virtual deposit. Each week the top three traders with highest trading balance will be awarded $500, $800 and $1000 bonuses respectively. Additionally, participant who has traded the largest number of lots will be awarded the Most Active Trader award of a $100 value.
Every monday, all demo account participatin will be reset back to the initial amount of $50,000 virtual deposit.
