Better Keyword Tool from Google
I haven’t use Adword Keyword Tool for my keyword research. It’s because I can’t get exact search volume for my keyword list. I only see bar graph for global trend. Even after I save it to excel (csv) file, I don’t have the number.

If you notice, you can get search volume in number. Not just in bar graph. It’s a good thing. I know adwords keyword is not too accurate but the change is better than nothing.
How to see number of search.
Go to Adword Keyword Tool and login with your google account.
Do your keyword research. Activate “Show All Column” to see all detail result.

Nice new development. It’s make easier to do keyword research with Google.

Next you can combine the search result with more advance keyword tool like WordTracker or KeywordCountry.
Keyword Research To Bring More Traffic Effectively
Before filling up your web site or blog with any content, it is crucial to do your own research on what keyword you should use for the site. It’s is important to find phrases that people really search for it. And it is more better if you can come up with less competing keyword.

For example, if you are create a web site about car rental in your city, it will be worthless if you use general terms like car rental. Use more targeted phrase like exotic car rental (in your city) will be more effective.
